McGeachy Pond Conservation Area is a 15 hectare property acquired by the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority in 1974. It is a memorial to the late William A. McGeachy. Provincially significant wetland, lakeshore waterfowl habitat.
There is an observation platform in the conservation area for viewing the lake and the pond area. Excellent for wildfowl watching. Open for day use from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., all year, free of charge.
