Located on 112 acres of Crown land, the Aylmer Wildlife Management Area (AWMA) offers a variety of outdoor activities including hunting, wildlife viewing, and environmental education. Visitors can enjoy the area’s distinct habitats, which include conifer/wildlife shrub hedgerows, old fields, shrub thickets, and croplands. It’s particularly popular for its waterfowl and shorebird viewing opportunities, with four viewing stands available for public use. Visitors can also enjoy hiking trails, picnic tables, and portable washrooms during their visit.
